Return/Refund Policy

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed - Deliveries that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
 

Returns

Please note that returned products must be in new condition, unused, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

Please contact us at by clicking here first before attempting to return any purchase. You can return unopened items in the original packaging with a photograph of the item within 7 consecutive days of your purchase and receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 consecutive days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. The request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

 

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at by clicking here.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your online purchase you may ship your items back (at your cost) to our returns warehouse. Please contact us at by clicking here first before attempting to exchange any purchase. Exchanges will not be honoured if items are shipped to our facility without approval.

 

We may need up to 14 days to process your exchange and assess it for eligibility. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to an exchange and next steps.

 

Defect or Damages

In circumstances where you consider that the product is defective or damaged, you should promptly contact us by clicking here with the details of the product, photograph of item and the defect.  

 

We may need up to 14 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If you are eligible, a return code will be provided and you will be sent a replacement product.

 

After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.

 

Shipping

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Contact us by clicking here with your order number and state which items you would like to return.

  2. Be sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use, is in new condition, unused and with the original tags still attached.

  3. Package the products into their original packaging.

  4. Stick the provided return shipping label on the shipping box.

  5. Bring your package to the post or order a free pick-up from your location.
     

Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
